I have been using Rogers for almost a year now and I literally hate their website. It is really heavy and everytime I go there it either does not work or some sections are in maintenance mode. Being the biggest cellular provider in Canada, Rogers cannot afford normal servers? Or is the problem in the website scripts? Maybe too much Java?
My Rogers is absolutely useless. It’s the slowest website I have ever experienced. It reminds me of the days when I had a 56k fax modem. Once the pages actually load you still get errors or things are not implemented properly. I have an iPhone 3G and I wanted to change my phone number online. Unfortunately you cannot do this with an iPhone because My Rogers doesn’t list Apple or the iPhone in the “select phone manufacturer/model” option.

yeah their site is slow as fuck every single time i go there and always gives me errors like i dont get it either i want to manage my account but their website is just so slow
